FAQ
Questions buyers ask before signing
How do you turn an idea into a fixed price?
We start with a paid scoping step: a Diagnosis, an Audit or a paid scoping session. It produces a written spec. We then quote one fixed price for that spec, and the scoping fee is credited to it.
What happens if we change our minds mid-project?
Nothing changes silently. New work is written up as a change request with its own price and timeline, and it starts only after you approve it.
How do we pay?
We invoice in USD. Payment is by international bank transfer (SWIFT). Projects are paid in milestones of 40 / 30 / 30; subscriptions and maintenance are invoiced monthly in advance.
Why are prices shown in our currency marked as estimates?
Converted prices use today’s exchange rate and move with the market. The amount on your invoice is always the USD price.
Which AI models do you use, and who pays for them?
We choose per task: Claude, GPT, Gemini or open-source models. Model and hosting costs run on your own accounts, so you see and control them directly.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your documents and conversations are never used to train models, ours or anyone’s. That is written into the contract, together with a mutual NDA.
