Alex Valentino is a psychologist turned AI builder.

He designs multi-agent AI systems and LLM applications, and built ScaleWizz’s own financial-intelligence platform: a multi-agent research engine that reasons across 2,000+ live data sources in real time, with sentiment analysis, knowledge retrieval and automated research workflows.

Before ScaleWizz, he was country CEO and launch lead for a US company in Indonesia. He took its Indonesian entity from incorporation, trademark registration and tax compliance to a sales network of more than 20,000 people, and ran training sessions for audiences of up to 1,000.

He has traded financial markets for more than fifteen years, which shapes how ScaleWizz builds for fintech: real-time data, risk, and decisions under uncertainty. He holds an MSc and a BSc in Psychology, with majors in business and clinical psychology, and applies both to how people trust and adopt the software we build.
